More like Vampire Hunter D... more adult-orientated animation from the East. The direct to DVD approach might actually work in its favour as it won't have to worry about a TV audience and have to bring in huge numbers from cinemas. I think we're goign to find that DVD is more and more the way that some projects will go. One of the upcoming SG1 movies is aimed at DVD. Or....maybe it is the elusive "Highlander:Archangel" . Wendy( It does explain why we were never able to track down any actors who were attached to the projects..there won't be any actors!) Nope. Archangel was very much a live-action project. The annoying thing there was that it was all ready to go. All it needed for acting contracts to be signed was a confirmed start-date and then it missed the opening it had. Now the slots are filled for the next year. It's in limbo, but not automatically dead. The Source, for which I read the most up to date script, is very different from the proposed animated movie. I wonder who they would get to play Duncan, probably David Lucas?
