Or was it still the weave then? I like the emotion right after the Quickening. It really shows how hard it is for Duncan to take the head of a friend...he knows it's something he has to do, but it's not an easy thing. I just thought they showed really well there. I haven't had a moment to myself in recent weeks...and I get one at 5:00 p.m. edt. today BUT! No HIGHLANDER! When did this happen? Do I have to tape from 1:00 a.m.? Is that when Y'all watch it? This is a list of Duncan's mementos from dead friends. Name the friend. (And there's one lover in there as well. . No, Marina-JUST ONE.) 1) a glove 2) his katana 3) a rare & aged bottle of cognac 4) an ancient Watcher Chronicle 5) an earring 6) a meerschaum pipe 7) a basket-hilt claymore 8) an ornate silver pocket watch Nina (Are the TNN eps this week not worth talking about? I don't need to watch the eps anymore; just seeing the ep title starts a reel running in my head, & the whole ep plays out in 40-some minutes; happily, my head zaps commercials. Are the TNN commercials as bad as what USA ran? And, don't they realize "Spike" means something entirely different to genre viewers now?) mac.westie@verizon.net ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 29 May 2003 18:55:26 -0700 From: Shelton <rshelton2@earthlink.net> Subject: HL on TNN? Is everyone else still receiving HL on TNN at 5pm? It hasn't been on all week for me - just curious. I should probably go look for their site & check the listings.
