Personally, I got into HL fandom a little late to have t-shirts, etc... plus in my neck of the woods, participation in ANY kind of fandom is considered just plain weird and makes one the target of a lot of ridicule, up with which I was never prepared to put. Unless, of course, your particular brand of fandom is to paint half your body orange and the other half white and go to football games half-naked in 40F weather. ----------------------- Trilby > I think I wear some sort of Highlander parapharnelia every other day or > so... > > --Pro > Proy@microsoft.com > CFW for Ursa "There can be only...ooh...pretty!" ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 1 Aug 2002 10:23:53 +0200 From: Marcin Migal <Marcin.Migal@centertel.pl> Subject: A new guy in town :) Hello I just signed in, and would like to say 'Hi' to everyone Hi :) I have been watchig 'Highlander" so many times.. aaah... but that's what everyone of you said in intoduction (I bet U did), so concrete. My husband studied aikido, he made it to 2nd degree brown before he was injured and has had to take some time off from it. Not too long ago I purchased the entire series on tape, so I am gradually watching it again, and enjoying it. I hope eventually they will release all of the seasons on DVD, the tapes do take up a lot of room!
