Hi everybody! I've been a lurker here for many years. I've loved the very creative stories that the authors have posted! Over the years, I've seen some stories that are based on song lyrics. I believe they are part of the "Lyric Wheel." Not being a writer, I'm not sure what that means :) There's a song from Bruce Cockburn (pronouced co-burn), that everytime I hear it, I'm reminded of Methos. It's from his album "The Charity of Night." Everytime I hear it, I think, this is Methos' song. I'm wondering if there's anyone that could write a Methos story based on these lyrics. I've read some really wonderful Methos stories that bring out the deep emotions that a 5000 year old imortal has. That's why I'm reminded of Methos when I hear this song. I'd be glad to send the mp3 of the song to anyone who's interested in using it to write a story. The lyrics are below. Please contact me if you'd like to hear the mp3.
