Must be your browser because the link took me directly to the voting page.
Its the old "vote for your favorite episode" poll. They are voting one
season at a time and you get to choose one favorite episode per season.
Currently they are voting on season 2. As someone else said - a shameless
ploy to milk more money from loyal fans.
Here is the text of the email I received from them today:

Your vote makes a difference! The Fan Favorites DVD Set will be a
compilation of the favorite Highlander episodes from each season, together
in one fabulous collection.
Each season is open for voting for a two-week period. Season 2 is now open
for voting, then it's on to the next season.
Only one vote per season, for a total of 6 votes per person. Season 3 voting
starts Feb. 26, 2007.
Cast your vote for Season 2 while there is still time!
