We are soooooo fickle. But at least we're realistic. I ran across a recent review of the "trailer" that allowed comments. The reviewer trashed the trailer, and the commenters trashed the reviewer. They're obviously still true fans... well, I was too - about a half-decade ago. Since then, things have changed. Such as, the end of the series, having to sit through a somewhat-disappointing sequel, having to sit through disappointing series/movie outings by Adrian, and having to bat around the idea of yet another impending, sure-to-be-disappointing sequel. ginny red57metoo@yahoo.com Life. He can still be my cabana boy...after all, someone has to actually get the towels and pour the drinks. Ginny: > We are soooooo fickle. But at least we're realistic. I don't think we're fickle. No one still frequenting this place almost 10 years after the Series went off the air should be called fickle. But, as you say, we are realistic. AP is our contemporary and we know what men of that age can be like <eg> > I ran across a recent review of the "trailer" that > allowed comments. The passing years have simply confirmed the belief (Truth) that HL:TS was a happy confluence of talent and circumstance. Nothing produced by any of the parties since then has been half the quality of that production. I suppose we should be happy that it existed for the five years that it did.
