I've never seen it before. Granted, I only have a few TV shows on DVD
so far (more movies), and no HL yet, but usually the cast & crew are
very respectful and supportive of everyone and everything about a
given show.

It would to me also. That's not what the DVD commentary's are for, IMHO.

I've listened to all the commentary's for the movie & TV show DVDs I
have so far, and I've never heard anyone criticizing each other
either. That's a bit weird.

I've never heard it on commentaries for other shows either. The Stargate
SG-1 commentaries are often funny, though, especially Peter DeLuise's,
because he always accuses his co-commentators of doing the commentaries
"naked". Heh. :) (In one he did with Amanda Tapping she responded, "But
I was told I HAD to do it naked." Good for you, Amanda. :)

Well, RRR did point out that Richie's usefulness to the series was long
gone. That's something.
And, speaking of Archangel's then-shocking Failure-to-Duck ending, killing
off characters sure got popular lately. I lost count of all the regular &
recurring characters who, for better or worse, died this past season.
