I'm happy.) >So, if Adrian Paul was tired and wanted to step back and distance >himself from the weekly grind of such a physically and emotionally >demanding show I can deeply sympathize. You make a good point. Didn't AP make comments somewhere (and I could be wrong, but I got the idea from somewhere) that he *was* tired after 5 years of doing the show? He could also have felt (and I get the feeling he said as much somewhere, but more involved AP fans than I would know better than me) that the show was starting to retread old ground, and he didn't want to do that? You really can't blame him. Even Michael Shanks took a year off. :) (That was just to poke Nina. ;-P ) - Marina. \\ "Good girls go to heaven. ||>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> // // Bad girls go to Smallville." || R I C H I E >> \\ \\ - 'Sorority Boys' wallpaper ||>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> // //=======tmar@sifl.iid.co.za========|| \\ \\=======Chief Flag Waver and Defender of Richie=======// "Nothing in the world is the way it ought to be. And was. There were excuses for The Zone (early on in the series, they'd just lost AV & been saddled w/ Charlie, etc.) & even for season sux as a dreary & inane whole, but RRR was just inexcusabe drek. MacGeorge-- >> My interest in the show is about the characters. Then I have to wonder at your decision to repeat & belabor that aspect of the commentary. Marina again-- > Even Michael Shanks took a year off. :) (That was just to poke Nina. ;-P ) Ew. Being poked by Michael Shanks is about the LAST thing I'd want. Nina (who now HAS to watch the moribund SG-1 for the wondrous Ben Browder) mac.westie@verizon.net ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 26 May 2005 21:57:08 +0200 From: T'Mar <tmar@sifl.iid.co.za> Subject: Re: Season Six DVD Commentary (also--poking) >Nina (who now HAS to watch the moribund SG-1 for the wondrous Ben Browder) Heh. I knew it. Hands up who didn't see that one coming? :) - Marina. (Who would *love* to be poked by Michael Shanks... uh, never mind, let's not go there. Nina is already looking a bit green.) \\ "Good girls go to heaven.
