Subject: Bad News for Ashton Press
Some of you have already noticed that all of our sites, including also
Ourstargate.com, have been down for the last couple of days. I've had a trouble
ticket in with my web hosting company since yesterday morning.
It appears that my entire domain, all of my sites, everything, was
accidentally deleted when they were doing a clean up of another old site that our site
used to be connected to (over 2 years ago). Apparently the connection between
the old site and ours was never properly severed. There are no back-ups. The
back-ups were destroyed during the "clean-up."
I do have all of the websites and graphics and such on my hard drive. But
everything as far as the subdomains and uploading the files, etc., will have to
be redone by hand, from scratch. This will, needless to say, take me quite some
time. So, as our sites slowly come back online, please be patient.
