I ordered the DVD's from the site and before I even left it, I was emailed a confirmation. This was on a Monday. Thursday, I got a notice it shipped. Ten minutes later, the box was in my hands. Literally! It also had shipped Fed Ex. I really feel for all those who've had bad experiences with the store. It's not fair and sure took all the fun out of what could have been and should have been a great purchase. I've not had those experiences and am grateful for it. Maybe with DVD's now being released through Anchor Bay, they will have incentive to clean it up a bit more?
