Carolyn Dunn in 'Bless the Child' was Nora (as already noted). She was the women he was dancing with, and obviously romantically involved with, in the flashback. She was in a detective series called Tropical Heat (aka Sweating Bullets) which was filmed all over the world, including South Africa. Some of the other stars were also on HL at some point. The main man was Rob Stewart, who played Axel Whittaker in 'Rite of Passage'. Another cast members was Ian Tracey - Johnny K in 'Glory Days', and there were many other guests that popped up in HL. I also remember watching an episode that I found on an old tape recently that had Dr Anne as the guest star. (I'm presuming that y'all have now realised it was a Canadian funded production...) Becca... I also started a character database some time ago when I had the time to freeze frame episodes and write people's names down. If you want to exchange data, or if anybody in fact wants to use any of this, please contact me off-list and if I can drag it out of my computer and dust it off, you're welcome to look at it. One day (Marina's cackling in the background) when I make my own website, this will be one of the items in my HL section... But I did have it with me for Michael Shanks to sign (and I did have him sign it)... and Tom McBeath was only sitting a few feet away. Dang it. Double dang it. << Of course forgot that. :-) I take it you enjoyed that convention - I didn't see much of the actual convention, I spent most of it sitting just outside the dealers room trying to sell a Buffy convention, but I still enjoyed it. I think one of the most priceless moments was when a bunch of Buffy fans were watching the musical episode and didn't even see Michael trying to get passed not that he seemed to mind he was watching the episode too. I'd loved to have asked him what he was thinking. I'm not sure if it was 'boy I'm glad we didn't need to do that' or 'hey that's good' or well any number of comments.
