With Reunion around the corner I thought I should say hello to everyone. I've had a month or so of light turmoil, but all is on track again. Roberta Brown and I are meeting later in the week to work on our Rainbow Tai Chi Fan workshops, and I meet with my comic-book partner, Steve Cruz this week as well (much more on this in the near future). I'm also beginning another correspondence course for Penn State ...chipping away at getting my art history degree. Hollywood has been relatively busy.......and bloody hot! A day after the Convention I'm off to beautiful Italy again with a group of friends. I'll rendezvous with the Contessa for some more kitchen filming for our cooking show demo tape.......somehow I will find a way to work this into my wine drinking , pasta eating, and art gazing! Our website team has been planning revamps to the site with many additions and new information. We have many, many plans. I have had a lot of queries about Reunion and what products we will have there. Well - I'm bringing lots of new art items to Reunion as well as some amazing jewelry, hand bags, sleeping eye masks (like the ones I wore in a Raven episode)... designed by Maria Sarno. You'll love them. I'm bringing candles from Adam Cramer, and a new addition to the site will be the introduction of a clothing line designed by Reesa McConnahey. She was the fantastic designer for Raven. We have been working on this project on and off for a year in between jobs and projects. I'm anxiously awaiting the first samples this week! We've worked hard on creating easy separates (great for casual of evening.....easy to travel with), scarves and berets. I loved wearing them in Raven and I'm sure that you will love them too. There will also be cookbooks, aprons, angel cards (terrific for Christmas!), photos, framed black and white photos taken by moi, butterfly canvas mat rugs painted by moi and lots more at the Symmetrical table. Besides that I'm counting down to the day my 'mentor Rebecca' (Nadia Cameron-Blakey) arrives from London with her handsome knight in shining armor, John Blakey. They will stay with us the week before the Convention. She is sort of nervous about all the Convention world, but I told her not to worry her pretty head about it...........she will be in the loving arms of the Highlander fandom. A big personal thank you to Sharon Gobioff for donating my Highlander episodes to me to help with my new demo reel! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!! Sharon all of my episodes from the first five seasons arrived today! I'm so excited :-) After my recent episode of 'Strong Medicine' on Lifetime this past weekend, my agents are hot and heavy to re-do my tape with the addition to the Lifetime show and other scenes. It is always a bit of work trying to put together just the right dynamic for a demo reel. I was thinking about all the episodes of Highlander I haven't screened in so long. I lost most of my tapes (along with everything else) a couple of years ago, so thank you so much, Sharon, for making my life a little easier......If you would like a nice black and white tree photo.....its yours, darling!! And Margie can I also thank you for donating Season 6 - that completes all of my episodes. Carmel tells me that you are bringing them to Reunion. What else? Please sign up for one of the Rainbow Fan classes at Reunion. The classes are filling up, so make your reservation before you get there, if you can, with Lynn Loschin. We will have fans for sale. Wear light , easy to move in clothing, tennis shoes are perfect....and prepare to work your muscles in a friendly exotic fashion (oooh!!! that sounds naughty!). I know you'll love the martial arts form. It is really meditative and easy on the joints. Besides that, prepare to hear loads of great stories about the first Italian tour with Contessa Ippolita Douglas Scotti de Vigoleno. I wasn't able to attend this one, (but I did manage to speak to all the participants while they were in their gorgeous Tuscan villa, and kept up with their activities via daily emails) but I'm making it a point not to miss the ones coming next Spring. We will have information on dates, prices, etc. etc. at Reunion. Please come and join us next year! Until Reunion........I'm sending much love to you.... elizabeth ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor ---------------------~--> Small business owners...
